Contessa 28 (Sail no. 1550) Built by Jeremy Roger in 1978 and designed by Doug Peterson Aelea (then Green Arrow) was built for a Dutchmen by Jeremy Rogers. The crew for the delivery to Holland, another Dutchman became the second owner in 1987. Aelea as she was now called spent most of her life on the Southern Deltas and the inland seas.
