This vessel is in Excellent condition and has been in my shed for 5 years. I am helping the owner to sell her due to his age.

Dance Lady was never part of these activities. She has been lightly used as a day boat by the current owner, well maintained and kept in boat house every winter. She has been there throughout the last five years. She is for sale due to age of owner and lack of family interest.

The centre cockpit is deep and secure with comfortable cushions and a
purpose built cover made by the firm which supplies Pendennis shipyard with similar items for the Super Yachts. Penrose of Falmouth also made the suit of Tan sails.

Steering is Whitlock as is the Autopilot motor.
Radar, chart plotter and GPS are all Garmin.
Windlass is powered by electricity. There are 50 metres of chain.
4 man life raft in canister now needs a first service. It was delivered to the yard on the date of the Covid lockdown so has not been on the boat at sea.
There is pressurised hot and cold water. Water is heated by calorifier or immersion
heater when on a marina.
