Fairey Marine Huntsman 28 designed by Alan Burnard and built by Fairey in 1966. This is hull No.87. A superb example of this iconic classic power boat, the boat that singlehandedly forged a new market and became a very desirable accessory for many. The success of the design was helped with notable appearances in the Cowes-Torquay race plus an explosive feature in the James Bond film 'From Russia With Love'. This yacht had a major rebuild in 1990 and was then hardly used, spending much of the next 30 years inside a shed being polished. The blissful summer of 2025 saw her in new hands with excursions up and down the south coast, out the the Scillies and appearances at numerous classic boat events. An excellent example with modern Cummins diesels that will be stealing the show next summer.
