Description

The Amazing Grace has been my sanctuary on the water for more than 12 months and I'm reluctantly selling due to new opportunities. She is an Aqualine built in 2009, 65 ft which has been very well cared for and improved over time. The boat boasts a 42Hp Isuzu Marine engine which currently has 2485 engine hours. She also benefits from a Bow Thruster.

The last service was undertaken in January 2025 along side a full boat survey, the safety certificate is due to expire in March 2029.
She is heated via an Alde gas central heating system throughout, immersion heater for the summer.There is also a multi fuel stove on board for those cosy nights. The toilet is a Thetford Tecma Electric pump out, with a 250 litre tank.
The Galley boasts a Belling Hob, oven and grill, a Bosch fridge with Ice box, and a Bosch 4kg Washing Machine completes the set.
The Bathroom consists of a modernised full size shower, basin and toilet.
The Bedroom is a good size double with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a large under bed storage space.
There are 2 seating areas front and rear.
