Cymbaline is a stunning boat. She was built in 2012 by Aqualine for the current owners who have cared for her well her since build.
She is a 58’ reverse layout cruiser stern narrowboat in superb condition both inside and out.
Entry is from the rear. The stern deck is large at 7’9”, a great social space. The super quiet and very clean Beta 38 (with only 520 hours on the clock) is housed under along with the 600ah battery bank.
Down the steps into the galley. Beautifully finished with granite work tops, slate floor and fitted out (as is the rest of the boat) in oak faced ply with beautiful oak trim. There is an abundance of storage options and utilities comprise of a full size fridge (with icebox), a domestic size 4 burner gas hob, oven and grill, and a stainless steel sink. It is a generously proportioned room at nearly 11’.
This leads into the solid oak floored saloon area starting with an L shaped sofa with demountable dining table (side hatch opposite). This converts into a spare double berth.
The saloon has a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove with floor to ceiling cupboards next to it, a captains chair with footstool and an under-gunnel wall mounted TV with DVD and self seeking satellite system. There is room in here for another chair or sofabed if required.
The luxurious walk through bathroom follows. The loo is a ceramic pumpout, the basin is ceramic and the shower is a tiled quadrant cubicle with glass doors. The floors are slate. There is a good sized linen shelf rack, and a heated towel rail.
The fixed double bedroom is the forward cabin. There is a huge amount of storage in here with cupboards over the bed, under the bed, a double wardrobe at the foot of the bed. There is also a TV aerial point in here. Glazed doors lead into the well deck.
Central heating is from a Webasto heating low level finrads through the length of the boat. 230v is from either landline or the 1200w inverter, all the lighting is LED and hot water is sourced from either the engine, the Webasto or an immersion heater.
Aqualines do not generally disappoint and Cymbaline is no exception.
