Description
Aqua Narrowboats are launching a brand new, high-spec shared narrowboat. See photos for full Specification.
12 Shares will be available (6 already sold as of 28/10/24).
The shared narrowboat ownership scheme is a cost effective way to get a brand new, high quality, bespoke boat but at a fraction of the price. Each shareholder will pay a monthly fee to cover the maintenance, insurance, mooring, licence and management fees. This will be a fraction of the cost when owning a boat as an individual.
There will be 12 freehold shares available (you own a 12th share of the boat – this isn’t Time Share) with each share guaranteeing 4 weeks of holiday a year. You can purchase a maximum of 2 shares.
